Dr. Bill called the night before to welcome the kids and go over what they should expect at their appointment. When we showed up for our appointment Susan was very gracious and gave us a quick tour, which help settle the kids nerves. Lynn welcomed the girls and immediately put them at ease. My seven year old never talks to anyone, but opened up right away and started talking. Dr. Bill was incredible and kids were very comfortable asking questions and talking with him.
