Spark Aligners are clear, removable trays tailored specifically for tooth movement, designed with aesthetics in mind. What’s great is that they’re nearly invisible to others and don’t include any metal attachments or wires, which makes daily oral hygiene—like brushing and flossing—much easier.
When you use Spark aligners, it’s recommended to take them out while eating, drinking anything but water, and during your oral care routine. The aligners work by gradually moving your teeth using a series of trays, each worn for one to two weeks. You’ll switch to a new tray as directed, progressively aligning your teeth to their desired positions.
Throughout the process, depending on your custom treatment plan, you’ll visit Dr Dischinger a few times each year. These check-ups are crucial as they help monitor your progress and ensure everything is moving along as planned. This ongoing support is part of what makes using Spark aligners a smooth and effective journey towards a better smile.

The Clear Aligners Treatment Process
Your First Consultation
At your initial consultation, we will discuss your orthodontic needs and evaluate whether Clear Aligners treatment is right for you.
Your Custom Treatment Plan
We will use a digital scanning system to create fast, precise 3D digital images of your teeth. Then we will map out a precise treatment plan, including the exact movements of your teeth and how long your treatment will be. You’ll even get to see how your teeth will move and preview your new smile.
Your Clear Aligners
Your custom-made aligners will be made of Spark Clear Aligner’s proprietary material. They’re virtually invisible, so most people won’t even notice you’re wearing them during your teeth straightening.
Wear your clear aligners 20 hours a day for the best results, and take them out only to eat, brush, and floss.
Your Progress
As you wear each set of aligners, your teeth will gently and gradually shift into place. We may recommend that you begin wearing a new set of aligners every week and we will monitor that progress remotely using the Dental Monitoring virtual software.

When your treatment is complete, ask us about our retainer. All our retainers are custom-made using the same state-of-the-art technology as clear aligners.
