Let me tell ya I just got back from TX where Southern Hospitality is a real thing. Flew in that morning, grandma picked me up from the airport. She... read more asked if I could pop into this office for her retainer. I said, of course my sweet grandma, anything for you. Well I walk in, and in about 15 seconds I was ready to switch her out. The nicest lady I may have ever met greeted me with a gorgeous smile, wonderful curly silver locks you ever seen. She looked like a model. (Grandma or girlfriend? Thats a weird thought.) Just kidding y'all! Keep reading! Anyway, I hit the flock of employees with the story of my arrival. being as I don't even live in Portland so my dental care does not coincide with my arrival. And we banter a bit, and the woman walks off to go find the retainer. Well when she gets back, she treated me like I was the one getting the retainer for her. Like I am the one doing the favors. I felt like a real king. Then lastly she subtly slips in, would you like a tour? Well If I've ever heard the story of a man who has a definite cult following, it's Dischinger. She started talking about him like he founded the United States of Orthodontics. This man is a legend. But also has a total kick*** office. Massage chairs, free drinks, great sports memorabilia. I was about ready to let them take out my teeth just to say I got it done there. Anyway, this review will get lost in the millions of good ones. But just thought I'd share. We have a choice to use our insurance at another location with a different network, but due to the team making... read more you feel like family, we opted to not use our insurance and pay for orthodontia out of pocket (for 3 children!). This “team” knows EVERY client, gets to know them and has so much fun! My boys have a fun game they play with Suzie at the front desk—she remembers and looks forward to seeing them. Leah, is hands down the best clinical coordinator that they have. My son LOVES being in her chair—she listens to him, she respects him, laughs at his jokes and is able to fix the issues he might have with his braces. She is efficient, competent and caring. Leah is the only one he will see now!!

They have message chairs (I make it a point to go in a few minutes early for these chairs), video games, tablets for children, and INFUSED WATER. From the moment I called to make a consult appointment... read more I was already incredibly pleased. Very friendly and informative. Dr. Bill called the night before to welcome the kids and go over what they should expect at their appointment. When we showed up for our appointment Susan was very gracious and gave us a quick tour, which help settle the kids nerves. Lynn welcomed the girls and immediately put them at ease. My seven year old never talks to anyone, but opened up right away and started talking. Dr. Bill was incredible and kids were very comfortable asking questions and talking with him. Our entire experience from beginning to end was easy and we left with a plan and lots of smiles.
