I started out in Minneapolis and transferred to Dischinger Orthopedics halfway through my treatment. This team listens to all of you concerns, insecurities, and feelings. They truly care about their patients. They offer payment plans, extremely fair pricing and most importantly they are supportive to their patients. They feel like family... they truly care about you. Dr. Dischinger without a doubt, puts his patients before anything else. He’s a wonderful human being. Since treating me, I’ve since scheduled two of my sons to be his patients, that’s how much I believe in his work and ethics. I would highly recommend this clinic before anyone else. I drive from downtown Portland to Lake Oswego and it’s 100% worth the drive to get treatment from his clinic.

Dr. Bill called the night before to welcome the kids and go over what they should expect at their appointment. When we showed up for our appointment Susan was very gracious and gave us a quick tour, which help settle the kids nerves. Lynn welcomed the girls and immediately put them at ease. My seven year old never talks to anyone, but opened up right away and started talking. Dr. Bill was incredible and kids were very comfortable asking questions and talking with him. Our entire experience from beginning to end was easy and we left with a plan and lots of smiles.

You want professionals who do excellent work and care about you on a personal level. The Dischinger Team has gone above and at every turn. First, the front desk staff is so warm and friendly. They are always kind and helpful, and so, so, warm. Every time I talk with them I hang up the phone feeling better. I'm not sure if he was joking, but Dr. Bill said, "We have some clients who call the front desk just for a cheerful chat when they're having a tough day." I could totally see that being a reality. Second, the technology is cutting edge and the people are experts. The Dischinger Team uses advanced imaging and top-end orthodontic choices. Everyone is highly trained, experienced and so professional. I have no doubt, that I'm getting the best care available. Lastly, and most importantly, the Dischinger Team cares about their community and clients. Their office is decorated with the family photos of their clients because that reflects their values. They check in with you constantly to make sure you're informed and to answer any additional questions that might pop up. Dr. Bill called me at home the evening after first getting my alignment trays to make sure I was feeling ok. The conversation wasn't a rushed "to do". It was clear that Dr. Bill really wanted to make sure I was comfortable and for me to know that the team was available to me if I needed anything. They are always taking the time to ask me how I am doing, sharing a smile, or writing me a note to say thank you. They lead with gratitude. Beyond that they are charitable members of the community. They give back in so many cool ways from fun family events to investments in our schools and educators. If you're on the search for a great orthodontist, I can't recommend the Dischinger Team enough.
