Each member of our staff is highly trained with specialized education. The clinical staff is specifically trained in orthodontics and is certified by the Oregon State Board of Dentistry. Staff members receive continuing education to update knowledge and techniques, and their performance is in accordance with the standards set by the Oregon State Board of Dental Examiners.

Dr. Bill Dischinger
Holly has worked in orthodontics since 1985. She lives in Tigard with her husband, Craig, and their son, Jordan. She loves spending time with them and plays on a city league volleyball team.
Carrie has worked for Dischinger Orthodontics since 1988. The first 10 years she was an assistant in the clinic and is now the Front Office Coordinator. She enjoys walking, snowshoeing, reading, gardening and spending time with her two grown sons Michael and Dylan.
Erin has enjoyed working for our Dischinger Team for the past few years. When she is not creating solutions as our Social Media Manager, you will find her cheering on one of her four kids (who keep her VERY busy) on the softball or football fields, volleyball courts or at a track meet. Whenever she does get a break, you just might find her on a date with her best friend & husband, Jeff, enjoying a quiet happy hour.
Suzi has been with The Dischinger Team since 2001. She is married to Michael, who is a Pastor in Canby. They have two children, Heather, 24 and Spenser, 21. Suzi enjoys getting to know our patients, scrapbooking, and planning a Disney trips!
Ann has enjoyed working for the Dischinger Team since 1997. She moved to Washington for 8 years and returned to continue working as our Marketing Coordinator. She enjoys cooking, baking, playing the piano and time spent with her husband Mike and two grown daughters Emily and Ashley.
Jasmin joined the Dischinger team in January 2014. She has been in orthodontics since 1999. She enjoys all things vintage, loves to sew, craft and garden.
Lin has worked for the Dischinger Team for 27 years. Lin has 2 sons and 8 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to read, snowshoe, scuba dive and travel with her husband Mike.
Morgan has been in orthodontics for over 15 years. She loves the joy in creating beautiful smiles. When she’s not with us you can find her with her 3 wonderful daughters and husband playing soccer, basketball or boarding on the mountain. Rain or shine, Morgan’s always up for a good time in the great Northwest!
Leah has been working in the dental field since July, 2012 and is enjoying every second. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching OSU football and baseball.
Reanne has been a part of the Dischinger Team since 2007. She feels fortunate to be able to work part-time and be home with her 2 kids on her days off. She loves camping, sports, going to the beach and just spending time with her family.
McKenna started at Dischinger Orthodontics right out of dental assisting school in 2016. In her free time, she loves to ride dirt bikes, camp, hike and any activity that takes her to the great outdoors. McKenna’s favorite super hero is Wonder Woman!
Maleesa has worked in the dental field for 8 years. She has always been interested in orthodontics. She has two boys that keep her busy with basketball and football. Her family likes to watch Oregon State football and they enjoy going to the beach for fun!
Amanda has worked in the orthodontic field for 10 years. She is excited to build relationships with our patients and their families. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 4 kids and traveling around the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Rachel has worked in the orthodontic field off and on for 19 years. She has 4 children. Her twins keep her busy with sports and activities. Being new to Oregon, she loves spending time with her husband and children adventuring the new area.
